Yep, this has all my favorite flavors rolling into one delicious cake, it came out perfect. I’ve made it in a bundt pan and a sheet pan the glaze is delicious and my whole family can’t wait for me to make it again.

Hi, We like to drive the boat to deserted beaches and enjoy picnics and playing in the sand. The cold water scares most boaters away (and the lake is surrounded by national forest, so no houses directly on the lake), so often we are the only ones out there! There are some warmer reservoirs in southern Colorado that are better for swimming, I’m going to make this next time we go and I know everyone will love it.

Made this tonight with butternut squash but didn’t have feta or the herbs for the dressing. Still, was a nice combination of flavors. I added shitake mushrooms with the kale.

I really like this and I try this when possible. I think I have heard of 7up pound cake, but 7up LEMON pound cake? And they are mini so make them 1000x cuter? I would go for this any day and every day. These look so good!

I remember coming to my first LOPSA-East, not too mention my first trip to NJ. Walking in John was great about showing me around and making sure I had everything I needed. He’ll be missed… getting a little teary.. Thanks John

No peppermint bark on hand, but I just discovered an open bag of white chocolate chips in the cupboard. Maybe I could throw those in with a few mints or candy canes to get the same effect?
