sorry to hear it didn’t work out for you, I’m hoping you didn’t overcook the pasta and that you added the cheese after the noodles cooked. I even had a friend mention today they made it with great results, what do you think could have happened to create just a “glob” of cheese? We the noodles cooked too long, did you happen to use a different size pasta? I’d like to help you troubleshoot if you want to give it another try. If you do have mac and cheese that just didn’t mix well, you could heat it up in a skillet, add some more milk and butter if you need it, like you would if you have leftover from a restaurant mac and cheese and it should come together.

Cooking in the crock pot is like the opposite of a pressure cooker, one cooks slow, one cooks fast. I have mac and cheese in the slow cooker once, it was ok, but not my favorite, the recipe I used was similar to Amanda’s here https://www.createdby-diane.com/2017/05/creamy-mac-and-cheese.html So if you want to try it, I think this is the best place to start.
