The rada knives have a very thin blade so I do think that helps them glide throught the eggs easily. Some tips, make sure your knife is sharp. Dull knives won’t cut straight lines. Run the knife under hot water before slicing, that can help it glide through easily. And use a little oil on the knife so the yolk doesn’t stick to the knife.

Does that Rada utility knife slice the egg white cleanly without sticking to the yolk? I usually struggle to make smooth cuts for deviled eggs, so I might need better knives before my next party.
