I love that I can make this with what I already have. I made it twice last week. My mom came over and I didn’t have much to make lunch and told her about this egg drop soup and she couldn’t wait to try it. And I printed her a copy of the recipe, she is so excited to make it.

Soup for summer, I love it. Your email came at the right time. I love soup and make soup and sandwiches for lunches even in the summer and my husband raved and raved over this soup. Which is a huge compliment he doesn’t usually like this type of soup. But love it. Yes! A new favorite for both of us!

I finally tried this, I know you have so many great recipes. I just love this egg drop soup, its so quick and easy and I love Chinese food adn have tried a couple of your other Chinese recipes, they are so great. No more take out for me.
