yes, you can freeze any fruit syrup recipe (I make or simple syrup too) most items can be frozen with very good results the exception is milk-based items, thy thaw out “grainy”. I have frozen syrup, I put it in glass jars and allow room for expansion as it freezes, or in plastic zip freezer bags. I’ve had some frozen for 6 months 🙂 and they are all good when thawed.
