Funnel cakes always remind me of State Fairs and carnivals. I love the smell of them cooking! Being gluten-free I don’t actually know if I’ve ever eaten one but think I could make it at hone with your great tutorial.

You will, and practicing with the first one or two will help you see how quickly they cook and when to turn them. You can snack on the “practice funnel cakes” while you make the rest 🙂
