I realize Diane that these recipes are meant for home because they are more fancy than what a person would take tailgating, but I consider myself a gourmet football fan and I enjoy cooking for people when we tailgate just as much as we enjoy the game. Although the ice cream football treats wouldn’t travel, the Chicken Chili and Beeritas (my take on the title) will travel well. I tailgate at the Bronco’s home games like most Baptists go to Church; since I don’t have season tickets I watch the game in HD with my family and friends now that I have a DISH Network Tailgater portable satellite dish. We used to watch on portable and handheld TV’s before getting the Tailgater, which was for the birds. Now we watch in HD on a big screen TV I load into my pickup; I even made a special travel container for it. The food here will go so well with the game (and my stomach) and I’ll bring the leftovers to work at DISH which I know they’ll love. Your website is so professional by the way I am surprised you’re not on the Food Network.
