I’m a salad LOVER. I always have banana slices on hand for hoagies. Greeks usually always serve banana slices in a Greek salad. Now, I only need some great feta cheese. Can’t wait to make this yummy looking salad. Thanks.

Traditional aioli does have garlic and you’re free to add some if you prefer, this is a take on a tradition and I chose not to add garlic when making it, it tasted delicious but garlic is always a welcome addition!
