I haven’t frozen the fudge, but I’m sure you will have good results. Wrap well in plastic wrap then in an airtight container. Thaw by removing the wrapping so you don’t trap moisture on the fudge, thaw at room temperature.

oh my goodness what was I thinking…yes the sugar gets added in step 2, thanks for bringing it to my attention. I adjusted the recipe to reflect that addition.
