Gingerbread Icing
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- Mix powdered sugar, corn syrup, water and molasses together until smooth.
- Dip tops of biscotti into icing.
