Quick & Easy Chicken Parmesan
 
 
Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Toss the chicken in the bread crumbs then spread the chicken out on a lined baking sheet, pour the tomato sauce over the chicken, top with cheese and place under broiler for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve over hot pasta with sauce.
