Lavender Icing
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon lavender extract
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 drop regal purple food coloring
  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl with small whisk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place icing into piping bag and pipe onto cooled scones with a #3 piping tip.
