Watermelon Radish Cucumber Salad

A really simple and delicious Asian flavored cucumber and radish salad perfect for snacking, enjoying before Asian meals, and a great salad that won't get soft quickly, great to take for lunch, on the go eating at beach days.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 watermelon radish
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar (or lime juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sriracha
  • pinch black sesame seeds
  • pinch salt
  • *add two teaspoons peanut butter, 1/2 cup julienned carrots or 1 diced avocado if desired
  1. Quarter and slice the cucumber.
  2. Peel then quarter and slice the watermelon radish.
  3. Place those in a bowl, and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sriracha.
  4. Toss to combine, top with sesame seeds and salt.
  5. Serve or cover and place in the fridge until ready to eat.
