Pomegranate Orange Sauce
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 orange zested then juiced (1/4-1/2 cup juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  1. In a medium saucepan bring pomegranate juice sugar and orange juice to a boil.
  2. Stir then simmer on low 2 minutes.
  3. Add crushed red pepper.
  4. The sauce will thicken more as it cools.
