Small Batch Cheese Sauce 
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Franks hot sauce
  • 6 oz evaporated milk
  1. Mix all items in a small saucepan and heat until bubbly, it'll thicken as it sits. It can be made ahead and reheated easily. This recipe can also be doubled or made in larger quantities.
  2. Add some more heat to it with some crushed red pepper and it's also delicious with pickled jalapeños added in.
