Small Batch Funfetti Cupcakes
Ingredients
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
  • 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. In a large bowl whisk sugar with eggs.
  3. Add in flour, milk, butter, oil, baking powder and vanilla until it's all smooth and well blended.
  4. Add in the sprinkles.
  5. Place 3 tablespoons of batter into each of the cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool cupcakes for 5 minutes in the pan, then remove cupcakes and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before frosting.
