Creamy Buffalo Chicken Pasta
  • 1 lb spiral pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Shred chicken into small pieces.
  3. Mix chicken broth with cornstarch.
  4. In a pan heat that mixture, then whisk in milk or heavy cream (I prefer heavy cream) and buffalo sauce.
  5. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Mix the chicken into the sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
  7. Add the sauce mixture to the pasta and serve with a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
