Thai Peanut Pizza
  • 1/4 cup RaguĀ® Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 Naan
  • 1/4-1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • pinch of carrot, Julianne cut
  1. Heat sauce and chicken before beginning.
  2. If you prefer you pizza extra crispy place in hot oven for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
  3. Mix sauce with peanut butter
  4. spread half the mixture on the Naan
  5. Mix the chicken with the remaining sauce
  6. Add cheese to Naan
  7. then add chicken
  8. top with onion, cilantro, and carrot.
  9. Broil on high for 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
