Thai Peanut Pizza
- 1/4 cup RaguĀ® Sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 Naan
- 1/4-1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 diced green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
- pinch of carrot, Julianne cut
- Heat sauce and chicken before beginning.
- If you prefer you pizza extra crispy place in hot oven for 2 minutes before adding toppings.
- Mix sauce with peanut butter
- spread half the mixture on the Naan
- Mix the chicken with the remaining sauce
- Add cheese to Naan
- then add chicken
- top with onion, cilantro, and carrot.
- Broil on high for 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
