Lemon Cranberry Sauce
- 2/3 cup lemon juice (4 medium lemons)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 oz cranberries
- In a medium saucepan bring lemon juice and water to a boil.
- Add in sugar, cranberries and simmer on low for 8-10 minutes on low.
- Remove from heat. The sauce with thicken as it cools. You can refrigerate it to speed this up.
- Can be served warm or cool.
