Maple Bacon Cranberry Sauce |
- ½ cup maple syrup (grade B)
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 12 oz cranberries
- In medium saucepan heat maple syrup and water and bring to a boil
- Add in sugar, cranberries, and bacon.
- Boil for 8-10 minutes on low.
- Remove from heat. The sauce with thicken as it cools. You can refrigerate it to speed this up.
- Can be served warm or cool.
