Balsamic Rice
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. In a medium saucepan with lid bring water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add in rice, balsamic vinegar, butter, salt and stir.
  3. Bring the water back to a boil over high heat, then turn on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Take rice off of heat.
  5. Let rest 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
