Peppermint Fudge
  • 2 cups (12 oz ) white chocolate
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup peppermint chips (I used Andies Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips)
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 7oz marshmallow cream
  1. In medium saucepan
  2. pour sweetened condensed milk and add in white chocolate chips
  3. heat on medium until candy if fully melted
  4. remove from heat
  5. add in peppermint chips and peppermint extract
  6. stir in marshmallow cream until it's smooth and creamy
  7. pour into individual 2 oz cups like I did or in a parchment lined 8x8 pan
  8. put in refrigerator until cold an set firm
