Eggnog Fudge
 
 
Serves: 20-1.5 in sq
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 11 oz white chips
  • 7oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Whisk eggs with milk
  2. Add that mixture to a medium saucepan and mix in butter and sugar
  3. Boil until mixture reaches 234 degrees
  4. remove from heat,
  5. stir in white chips and marshmallow fluff
  6. add in rum extract and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  7. stir until smooth and creamy
  8. spread into a parchment or foil lined 8x8 inch pan
  9. sprinkle with additional nutmeg
  10. put in fridge until fully chilled and set.
  11. Remove from fridge.
  12. Lift out the fudge by the edges of the parchment paper.
  13. cut into pieces and enjoy
