Salted Caramel
Ingredients
  • 14 oz can condensed milk
  • coarse kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Bring condensed milk to a simmer for 1½ -2 hours on medium low heat, stirring occasionaly.
  2. Stir in salt and allow caramel to cool completely before topping cake with it.
Notes
I use i teaspoon salt, adjust to taste
