Lemon Tuna Pasta Salad with no mayo
  • 1lb small pasta (I used Barilla Ditalini)
  • 1 large can Starkist tuna, drained
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
  • celery salt
  • pepper
  • 2 lemons
  1. While you are boiling the pasta, chop the carrot, onion, and celery.
  2. Rinse the pasta in cold water, until completely cooled.
  3. Add the vegetables and yogurt, tuna, celery salt, and pepper.
  4. Along with the juice of two lemons.
  5. Stir all together and serve.
