Gingerbread Chocolate Chip Banana-Bread
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Cream the butter with sugar in mixing bowl with paddle attachment.
  2. Mix in egg until combined.
  3. Add in sliced banana, milk, molasses and vanilla.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Line a 13×9 pan with parchment paper and spray with a baking spray.
  7. Spread batter in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
