I’ve used different brands all with fine results. Lump crab is more expensive and that is usually what I purchase, you could also use fresh crab.

Yum pasta and crab! Any recommendations on which canned crab to buy? Never used canned crab before so have no ideas on whats good quality versus cheap and nasty.
