I’ve only used corn syrup so I’m not sure of the result, if you usually substitute those items with good results go right ahead and try it, I’m sure it will work then.

Can I substitute corn syrup with honey or agave nectar? I haven’t used corn syrup in years and prefer not to use it.

I think I’d have to reserve it’s use for my Christmas cookies – Paula Deen’s White Chocolate Cherry Chunkies! SO good! I’ve made them every December for the past 3 years!
