In reply to Sandy Peckinpah. Hi Sandy, I miss seeing you . Often labeled Jumbo Extra Large, they are typically available in the summer months in the seasonal section and baking aisle of Walmart and Target stores and maybe local grocery stores.

In reply to Aimee. I suggest you keep it in a glass jar, if it sits with no use 2-3 weeks, if you use it, or mix or stir it each week at minimum it'll last longer. Use a pouring glass container if possible, if using a glass jar and spoon, do not double dip spoon for it to last longer .

I seem to love everything with cinnamon and sugar and this is so great. I cannot wait to put this together and use it on all the items you mentioned starting with yogurt and also popcorn, I’m sure I’ll love it.

I use US measuring cups, 1 cup is the marking on the measuring cup (if in the recipes it says 3 cups, you fill the measuring cup flat to the top rim, 3 times) flour and sugar do weigh different, if you use a measuring scale typically, be sure to know accurate measurements of each type of ingredient

I haven’t, but if you’re accustomed to adjusting recipes for sugar-free baking go right head and tell me how they turn out. If I were to try, I’d probaly use monkfruit, mighht take a couple tries to get the correct portions, but that would be where I’d start.
