OMG!! I absolutely LOVE avocados and coconut (prefer unsweetened). This recipe sounds so delicious! Can’t wait to try it…….probably tomorrow! Haha

Do you use regular sweetened coconut from the baking aisle or unsweetened coconut for the chicken? This looks amazing–three of my favorite things all in one meal: chicken, avocado, and coconut!

Just made this for Dinner! The family enjoyed this very much!
