These look amazing and I would love to try them, but I live in Canada and Hungry Jack is not available here. I am thinking I could use regular pancake mix to do the trick but not sure how much Cinnamon etc to add to it for the right amount. My kids are cinnamon lovers so I don’t think there would be too much of a problem figuring it out, but I thought I would see if you had a suggestion on where to start for how much to add. Can you help with that at all? Thanks 🙂
