1/3 cups butter is just over 5 tablespoons. 5 and 1/3 Tablespoons to be exact, I just estimate at about 5 Tablespoons.

This recipe makes a lot, between 34 and 36 I typically fill my cupcakes with a 3 Tablespoon measurement
