within reason the amounts are not going to throw the recipes off a ton, it’s not baking which needs to be very specific. The onion is about 1/4 cup and the cauliflower is at least 4 cups after it’s cut off the center core into 2-inch pieces, that’s an estimate. I’ve made the recipe many times and it works if you use more or less of each.
