I make something similar using Gazebo Room dressing. I cut a baguette into slices and put a small amount of dressing over each piece of bread. Then I add a slice of a Roma tomato and sprinkle shredded Italian cheese over top. Then I put another small amount of dressing over top of this. I put them under the broiler for just a minute or so (just until the cheese begins to melt). Everyone LOVES these when I make them. We call it Tuscan toast in this area of Pennsylvania.
