I made these twice and the cookies are delicious, nice and soft and don’t spread. I’ll be making them for Christmas. The buttercream roses were a big hit for a party I wen to, everyone thought they were just beautiful. Great recipes, thanks and I can’t wait to see what you make next. I signed up for your emails and love that they arrive about once a week, it’s just perfect.
