sorry about that it is buttermilk, my mistake. I roll the scones to about 3/8″ for these.

I love Biscoff and can’t wait to try these! It looks like you rolled out the dough after kneading it? How thin should it be (sorry, never made scones before!)? Also, in step 4, is it cream or buttermilk that should be used? Thanks!

The creamy will work just fine. If you want to add cookie pieces to the creamy it would then be crunchy, either one will be delicious!

LOOOOVE Biscoff! First got them on an airplane (can’t remember when), then discovered them at Walgreens in the Denver area. Now I’m in West Virginia and like so many things I’m missing from living in Denver, I haven’t seen any Biscoff yet. But you’re prompting me to go scavaging!!!

I adore Biscoff too!! Question, can I use the creamy Biscoff spread instead of crunchy? I’ve only seen the creamy version in my local supermarkets so I’m hoping that can still work!. They do sell the cookies so I definitely can make the cookie crumbs =)
