These cupcakes are so delicious, we just love biscoff. I’m so glad it’s available in the stores now, I used to go crazy over those cookies the airlines gave us. And now I love making baked goods with that same taste. Thanks for sharing!!

Yes you can use any frosting you’d like and add cookie butter.

All the B&B’s include them with the tea set up in guest rooms. I describe them to my friends as graham crackers on steroids!
I was so happy when I began seeing them in the grocery store in the US.
I am amazed at how much sugar is in the spread is, because the cookies aren’t overly sweet. So far, I’m sticking with a couple of the cookies with my tea ( so I can button my pants), but these look tempting!
