					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for this recipe! I tried these cookies last night. The directions did not mention where/ when to include the bananas, so I just added them to the sugar and butter mixture before adding the eggs. Was this okay? I am a beginning baker :0). I also used a small ice cream scoop to drop dough on the cookie sheet, but the first batch came out in mounds. For the next batch I patted the scooped dough down a little and then they came out flatter. Although, my dad preferred the mounds :0). The cookies also came out with a cake-like consistency. Any suggestions for ways to make these crispier?]]></description>
