I sometimes use 90/10 (or similar) of ground beef if I’m cooking it in a pan, and use higher fat for burgers. But often if I’m making a large batch and buy it at Costco/Sams club the large packages are 80/20 which I find continent and it offer a lot of flavor. Use what you like 🙂
