i am nuts over this recipe’s construct, diane. rather than go off on how much love i am feelin’ for this share, i am going to copy/paste what i wrote on the pin for this share… what first attracted me to this salad write-up was her jalapeno application; these pan-fried jalapeno slices just happen to be my favorite of favorite of favorite add-ons to my burgers and sandwiches and pasta and creamy things and well… clearly, everything. the second standout moment was reading she used the oil from the jalapeno pan-fry in the dressing. seriously?!? wow. standing ovation.
