I just received a new pressure cooker last night from a friend and I am looking forward to creating more delicious food with it. I can’t imagine life without a pressure cooker, it’s amazing!

You won’t believe how FAST it cooks things, and yes the topper rocks back and forth letting out some steam just like you remember 🙂 Great for potatoes too.
