Thank you for this lovely recipe! I made it yesterday for my 25th birthday party (I wanted something light that also felt like autumn, so this caught my eye) and it was a great success! Really easy for me to make ahead of time and so, so delicious. This might be the only dessert I’ve made that’s been universally liked – by my picky nieces and nephews and my grandparents alike. I think this will be my go-to dessert from now on!

I haven’t frozen it, I’m sure it would taste fine if you did choose to freeze it.
