I didn’t freeze them, but you certainly can, if you’re going to reheat them in the microwave do not use foil liners, just spray the tin with a nonstick spray.

These sound great, and I like that you use a corn tortilla. This reminds me that when my daughter was younger she used to live on cheese quesadillas. I wish I’d known about these earlier, at least she’d have gotten some fruit! Living in CA we had to endure those scorching hot early school days…no fun for any of us.

This is a great snack for the kids after school or anytime. I love the flavor combo. I feel bad for your kids having to go to school in heat like that. I hope it cools off for you guys soon:)
