Yes, you can make the whipped cream in a variety of flavors, for mocha, you’ll want chocolate and coffee, crush expresso/coffee super smooth before adding as they won’t “melt” in as they would in hot liquid. Add some cocoa powder, and allow the cream to hydrate them by stirring, then whip and and enjoy 🙂

This recipe made it simple to bake a cake successfully even if you have never baked one. My cake came out fluffy and nice,though i think i will cut down on the sugar next time to reduce the amount of sugar and see how it turns out. It is a lovely recipe

I missed my nephews 4th and 2nd birthday party so I needed my own celebration. This cake was perfect! The boys loved it and so did the adults. My husband said “we can have this anytime right?” I’m not a fan of sprinkles so I used freeze dried strawberries to decorate it. This cake is the right size and is perfect! I also appreciated the stabilized whipped cream. I’ll use that tip more often. Thank you ❤️

I would start testing with a toothpick at 18 minutes, when it comes out clean, remove and cool for 5 minutes, then remove them from the cupcake pan. so they don’t dry out.
