I entered my PBJ Potato
The PBJ Potato is like a PBJ sandwich on toasted bread…all warm and delicious.
I baked the potatoes, scooped out most of the potato, mixed it with a few tablespoons peanut butter, put the mixture back into the potato and re-baked them. Topped them off with strawberry jam.
Oh it’s like a whole new level of snacking!

with the skin on a potato has more potassium than a banana
