Summer Grillin’

Nothing screams summer more than grillin’ I love grilled chicken and vegetables.

What is it about that grilled taste that has me so hooked, I always hope there are leftovers!
I can never seem to get enough.
I even look to see if restaurants have kabobs on the menu, they are usually a good choice.
I didn’t skewer this meal, but it was so delicious.
Chicken, potatoes, zucchini, asparagus and mushrooms!

Marinated with my all time favorite marinade.
Lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
I love it on chicken and vegetables and chances are I always have those ingredients on hand and can whip dinner up quickly!

    I love summer grilling too. Although it may be a bit too hot for it right now (102 degrees). We found a great grilled corn recipe from Emeril that is always a big hit.

    Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my keyboard… oh goodness that looks so yummy! We are having bar-b-qued burgers for supper… :(
