I quickly cooked a tomato with oregano, salt and pepper. The pasta was now hot, the Brie melted and I ran out the back door to my basil plant and viola, a quick dinner!

Have you ever had one of those moments,
where it seems to take so long for the microwave to heat up a bowl of pasta.
Funny, I remember when we didn’t even have microwaves and turning on the stove
or oven to heat up leftovers, I’m sure that was way before your time
Then just as the last 30 seconds were on the clock, I remembered I had some Brie in the refrigerator,
hmm…Brie on pasta???
At this point I was about to eat the silverware I was so hungry.
Just about anything sounded good!
I sliced some and put it on top.
I felt like I was on a roll…
I spotted a tomato and sliced while I heated up a pan with a drop of olive oil.
