Not sure, but they were good!!!
These brownies were made from a mix with fat free yogurt replacing the oil.
Not sure why I think brownies need to be healthier, but I certainly had fun making them…well eating really!
I iced them with butter cream icing and added caramel topping to it, so it was a little gooey.
Gooey is not a bad thing!
I topped them off with toasted coconut and they were delicious!
Three great flavors brownie, caramel and coconut. All in one. YUM!
Dare I say, healthier brownies
