I had no idea I was going to like Arugula as much as I do. I have had it mixed in salads before, but not until I hosted the party for Williams-Sonoma and Calphalon (posted here and here) did I truly realize it’s great peppery flavor.
I just posted the other day about it in the salad with strawberries here. I was so glad I had more Arugula when I decided to make a quick bowl of pasta with olive oil and grape tomatoes along with Romano Cheese, placing it all on top of the Arugula it gave a simple bowl of pasta a perfect extra kick!
I love simple and delicious dinners in the summer.
