Tilapia with Fettuccine

Garlic and wine, need I say more!

Well maybe a little more, I coated the Tilapia with a dusting of flour (I added salt and pepper to the flour) and pan seared each side in olive oil, butter and garlic. Covered the pan and let it continue cooking on medium heat. I then added 1/2 cup wine and a bit more butter. Served it over fettuccine and topped it off with some Romano Cheese. Added a side salad and it was a quick and simple meal.
